1 – Add this item to your cart and complete your order.
2 – We will begin crafting your jewellery from solid 14k gold.
3 – Once completed, your jewellery will be sent to the Birmingham Assay Office for independent hallmarking.
4 – After hallmarking, we will personalise your jewellery with your chosen engraving and any selected customisations.
5 – Your finished piece will be carefully packaged and dispatched using our secure signed-for delivery service. You will receive an email from our courier with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.
