Highball

The highball is a classic gin and tonic glass, with its tall, narrow shape allowing for the addition of plenty of ice and the fizz of the tonic to be preserved. These glasses are perfect for drinks containing a carbonated mixer with crushed ice. Giving plenty of room for the ice, berries and botanicals these glasses are also great for entertaining. Highballs are very versatile glasses and can be used for a range of drinks and cocktails.

Balloon Glasses

Based on the traditional Copa gin glass, balloon gin glasses have a large bulbous bowl on a thin stem. These have become the most popular style of gin glass and allow for the stem to be held, thereby avoiding contacting between the hand and the bowl, and thus preventing the drink from warming up unnecessarily. The large bowl forms the ideal base for the addition of garnishes such as fruits, herbs or spices and increases the aroma as well as enhancing the flavour. This also gives plenty of room for engraving.

Goblets

The goblet glass design is based on old drinking vessels and has a heavier, solid base with a thick basin. This provides stability for your personalised glass and also helps to keep the drink cool due to the insulating effect slowing the melting of any ice cubes. Goblet designs today are based on the traditional Copa balloon shape glass and are ideal glasses for gin spritzes.

Tumblers

A very versatile glass, the tumbler has a flat bottom and is shorter in height but remains an old favourite. The perfect glass for gin on the rocks or classic cocktails, although this style of glass will warm up quicker in the hands than stemmed varieties. To counteract this use full ice cubes or gin rocks to keep your drink refreshingly cool in this personalised gin glass.
